Our New Homes

Since May 2007 we have developed 122 new homes for shared ownership. Our first scheme, Riverside Court located on Girton Road in Cannock, comprised of 29 apartments each with en-suite and high quality kitchen and bathroom fittings.

We have also completed our first over 55’s scheme in Wheaton Aston. Old School Court was specifically designed to offer independent living. One and two bedroom apartments are available within this development.
