Our work

Our Group focuses on three key areas of activity: 

1. Development. We currently have around 700 units of new high-quality accommodation in the pipeline, as part of the Spectrum development consortium’s £175m programme. On completion, these properties will be managed through South Staffordshire Housing Association.

2. Delivering quality housing and services.Our Property Care business provides maintenance and improvements for a range of partners.It works for local authorities, housing associations and a tenant management organisation (TMO).

3. Providing support. Award-winning IT, finance and human resources services are provided for all members. We also provide other excellent professional services, such as marketing and legal services. This central support helps increase efficiency, maximises opportunities to benefit from economies of scale, and helps members focus on their core areas of expertise.
