At Housing Plus we don't measure success in terms of 'units' managed. We measure success in terms of the number of lives we help improve.

Making a difference is our priority - and this is what sets us apart.

We're always interested in speaking with organisations, and individuals, that share a similar perspective. We firmly believe that working in partnership enables us to make a far greater difference to the lives of the people and communities we work with.

Housing Plus is also different to many other Groups in a number of ways. Firstly, we firmly believe that all members must be equal. Each member is encouraged to be as successful as it can be individually, and encouraged to share its successes and best practice with the Group. We also believe in helping members retain and strengthen their own identity. We won't 're-brand' our members once they join Housing Plus, as we believe local identity is crucial in developing stronger relationships with tenants and residents, and essential in building a sense of belonging. 

We also have a tax-efficient Group structure, that allows all members to benefit. By sharing professional and specialist services, our members are able to focus on their areas of expertise. By doing this, tenants and residents benefit even further from the specialist knowledge and skills that are shared across the Group.
