Sharing our services

We work with a large number of organisations who access one or more of Housing Plus' specialist services. Our Property Care business has contracts with Bushbury Hill Estate Management, Orbit Care and Repair, Midland Heart and our member housing association SSHA. In addition, we are the development partner for Stafford and Rural Homes for all development works in Staffordshire.

We also offer a range of professional services for partners to access, including HR, legal and IT services.

Our performance across each of these disciplines is extremely high, and is proven through independent audits, client references and a large number of industry. Our expertise in the housing industry also helps us integrate quickly with new partners, enabling them to become more efficient by focusing on their own individual areas of expertise.
