Group Structure

Our Group

We've united our Group under one common vision, and a developed Group values to create greater unity and to help improve standards. Our Group name is Housing Plus, but the identities of our members are, and always will be, distinctly different.

We believe in identity. We encourage new members to not only retain their identities, but we also actively help them strengthen and build their brands at a local level. Through experience in of names and brands within a social housing context, we know that identity creates a sense of pride, belonging and build stronger relationships between a landlord and tenant. We firmly believe that these advantages of strengthening individual identities are immeasurable, and far out weigh the relatively slight efficiencies and aesthetic synergy that single Group brands deliver.

Our Members

Our members are South Staffordshire Housing Association, an award winning social landlord managing 5,300 homes in the Midlands, and Property Care, a specialist repairs, maintenance, communal areas and disabled adaptations contractor with sector-leading customer satisfaction levels. Beyond this, we work with an extremely broad and diverse number of partners, who work with Housing Plus to access single services. These organisations currently include Midland Heart, Orbit Care and Repair, Bushbury Hill TMO, and Stafford and Rural Homes (SARH).
